AiAdBuilder Privacy Policy

Overview

AiAdBuilder, operated by Notaek (ABN 84 691 131 298), is a digital advertising tool that simplifies ad creation using AI technology. This policy explains how we handle personal information and is intended to support compliance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs), and (where applicable) the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data Collection

• Account information: A username (and associated authentication credentials such as WebAuthn public keys) is collected for account creation and login.
• Usage and technical data: We may collect technical information such as IP address, device/browser information, timestamps, and logs for security, fraud prevention, and service reliability.
• Payment information: Purchases are processed by our payment provider (currently Stripe). We do not store full card numbers or card security codes. We may receive and store limited payment-related information (for example, payment status, transaction identifiers, amounts, currency, and the credit pack purchased) so we can provide credits and handle refunds, disputes, and accounting.

International Data Transfers

We use service providers that may store or process information outside Australia (including in the United States and other jurisdictions). Where we disclose personal information overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled in a manner consistent with this policy and applicable law.

User Communication

Communication with users is conducted exclusively through in-platform alerts and notifications.

Registration and Security

We use WebAuthn for secure, password-less registration, enhancing user account security.

Data Storage and Retention

We retain information only as long as needed to provide the Service, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and meet legal and accounting obligations (including keeping records of transactions).

Data Sharing and Disclosure

• Service providers: We use third-party providers to operate the Service (for example, Stripe for payments and AI providers for content generation). These providers may process information on our behalf.
• Legal obligations: We may disclose information where required or authorised by law (for example, to comply with court orders or regulatory requests).

User Rights

Users can access, modify, or delete their account in the settings menu by clicking their username in the bottom left of the screen. Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have additional rights to access, correct, or request deletion of personal information.

Consent for Minors

Parental consent is required for users under the age of 16 (or a lower age as per the law of the member state), even though our service outputs G-rated content.

Automated Decision Making

Our service uses Automated Decision Making (ADM) for generating images based on user prompts. This process is integral to our service and is transparently outlined to users.

Policy Updates

This policy will be updated in response to changes in practices or relevant legislation.
